Canine Good Citizen Preparation PDF Print E-mail

This class is designed to prepare you and your dog to successfully complete the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen test. As part of the curriculum we focus on teaching you how to move from a continuous reinforcement schedule using treats or toys to a variable reinforcement schedule which will decrease your dependence on food rewards for training and teaching. Increasing reliability through building your relationship with your dog is the goal of this class. The CGC Test is given at the end of the class session.
